• A pen or marker

• A ruler (with millimeter markings)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. The Tape Method: Place a piece of clear tape across the widest part of your natural nail bed. Make sure it's flat and covers both side walls.

2. Mark the Edges: Use your pen to mark the exact points where your nail meets the skin on both sides.

3. Measure the Millimeters: Remove the tape and lay it flat against your ruler. Count the millimeters between the two marks.
